The Center for Pedestrian and Bicyclist Safety (CPBS) team at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee has launched a Pedestrian Level of Traffic Stress (PLTS) National Survey, where survey results will be used to help refine the PLTS, a tool that transportation agencies use to rate how comfortable pedestrians feel on specific roadways.
